FCS Golf-less Golf Classic

While we won't be hosting our traditional FCS Golf Classic this year, you can still support FCS and the nearly 10,000 vulnerable individuals and families the agency serves each year through our 13 programs.

Platinum Sponsor-$5,000                      

Your Platinum sponsorship will help someone like 89-year-old Sara who has multiple chronic conditions, including COPD and diabetes. Sara depends on her FCS Home Health Aide in order to remain safely in her own home for as long as possible.

Fleet of Carts Sponsor-$3,000  

Your Fleet of Carts sponsorship will support TeleFriends, the agency's newest program, by helping connect volunteers with seniors, like 83-year-old Fred, to alleviate social isolation and loneliness. TeleFriends calls also serve as safety checks, helping reduce medical emergencies and hospitalizations.

Gold Sponsor-$2,500                      

Your Gold sponsorship will support the new computer technology that is essential to the FCS staff's ability to work remotely, maintain communications, and provide services throughout the quarantine, ensuring that our mission-driven work continues uninterrupted.

Driving Range Sponsor-$1,000  

Your Driving Range sponsorship will help provide help for someone like 68-year-old Sam who needed repairs made to the stairlift in order to reach his second floor bedroom- a repair he could not afford without financial assistance.

Watering Hole Sponsor-$500    

Your Watering Hole sponsorship will help fund urgent needs that are not covered by insurance or grant funding, such as a commode, shower bar or shower chair, for clients who are frail elderly or have chronic illnesses or disabilities.

Tee Sponsor-$250

Your Tee sponsorship will help fund special needs such as food cards for individuals who struggles financially due a physical, developmental or mental health challenge.

Your Patronage support will help fund the priority needs of our clients as they are identified.
